I finished a bag I started I while ago. Its for taking to class and carry
the cutting mat, ruler and all the little things you need for sewing. The panel was just the right thing for it.
front of bag |
backside |
So when not in use I can use it to hang it on the wall to store all those
things.

those are the loops to either close the bag or hang it on the wall |
The pattern is from a old German magazine, I think 2006, yupp sometime I
need a little time, lol
Then I went ahead and sewed the pinwheels for the summer at mom's
Quilt.
I'm working on the border now. I might meet my own dead line and finish this
Quilt by the end of January.
I also finished the row of pinwheels for the row swap I'm in. But I wont be
able to show a picture until it gets to my swap partner.
So pictures are for another post.
Hugs
Kerstin

ReplyDeleteYou are sew inspiring. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteThat bag is great! I have the same panels and made a bag but I love the idea of the separating zippers. I have a panel left. May borrow your idea and go again. Thanks for sharing. I did trapunto on mine. Check out my blog if you would like to see. I think it was early last year.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great bag and dual use too. You have got on quickly with the pinwheel quilt.
