The finished HSTs Quilt and a few pictures from my weekend trip to the Netherlands

I finally found the time to take pictures from the finished Quilt.

Yesterday was Julia's Birthday and I gave the Quilt to her.

She loves it and that makes me totally happy.

So here are the pictures from the Quilt.

 

 

 

Than last weekend I took my Mom to the Netherlands. It was a B-day present for her 80th Birthday.

She always wanted to see the Tulip bloom in the Netherlands. So last weekend it was the Tulip week at the Keukenhof and thats where we went.

But no tulips to be seen. It was way to cold and the wind made it even more cold. We still had a nice

Weekend and I enjoyed the time with my Mom and that is what counts.
