Since its Sunday and there is no mail today (so no Friendship Blocks to post) I thought I post something else.
Nadja (my sweet DIL) wanted a big bag, So she was here yesterday to sew up her new bag. She had her eyes set on one pattern of a Germany Magazine. We changed it a bit to her needs and I think it turned out alright. She was quick to pick her fabric and I have to say I like the outcome. The size of the bag is 30" x 12".
Beautiful bag. Did your daughter make her choice from your stash or did you have to go to a quilt shop?
