She wanted us to draw it on paper first. So here it goes, the drawing and my practice piece.

Here is my first sample, I used a 12” square to try my quilting.
Green Aurofil thread on black fabric.
I’m quilting with a Janome MC 6500 and used a Topstitch needle size 90.
It’s far from being perfect. But I enjoyed the pattern and looking forward for the next challenge.

Great Kerstin. I didn't hear her say to draw it on paper first. Have just made some quilt sandwiches so that I can start doing mine.
