Geburtstagskarte / B-Day Card

Die Karte habe ich für die Großtante meines Mannes gemacht. Sie wird 80 Jahre und ist eine ganz liebe Lady. Sie lebt leider in den USA sonst wären wir auf den Geburtstag gegangen. Ich hoffe Sie erfreut sich der Karte. Sie mag Sonnenblumen. This Card I made for my Husbands GreatAunt. She is turning 80 Years old. She is such a sweet Lady. I wish we could be there on her B-Day but she lives in the USA. So I hope she enjoyes the Card since she loves Sunflowers.












Ansonsten war es auch so ein sehr erfolgreiches Wochenende für mich. Ich habe den Quilt fürs Kinderzuhause fertig gequiltet und das Binding angenäht. Jetzt noch die fleißarbeit und den Rest mit der Hand annähen und dann kann ich den Quilt an das Kinderzuhause abgeben. Auf das viele Leute Lose kaufen.Das Bild vom fertigen Quilt kommt noch in den nächsten Tagen. Otherwise my weekend was very produktiv. I finished quilting my Quilt for the Kinderzuhause. I added already the Binding and now I just have to handsew it on. Once that is done I can drop it of at the Kinderzuhause for the Tombola. I hope a lot of people there will buy bunch of tickets.

Mein Mann erklärt mich schon für verrückt. Ich finde Taschen aber so toll.
Anleitung ist aus dem PatchworkMagazin 4/2009. Ich habe aber einiges anders genäht weil es mir so einfacher erschien. Ich nehme an Ihr kennt das ja.
Ok, here I go and want to show you something again. A Bag again. My husband is already thinking I'm crazy with all the Bags I have. But what can I say, I LOVE BAGS. The Pattern is from the Patchwork Magazin 4/2009. I have however sewn it a bit differently because it appeared to be simpler that way . I take it you know what Im talking about.

meine neue Mitbewohnerin / my new roommate

Ich möchte euch meine neue Mitbewohnerin vorstellen. Sie heißt Mieze und ist eine Katze. Die Anleitung ist aus der Burda Patchwork Nr.21. Ich glaube sie soll nicht alleine bleiben und wird noch ein Kater bekommen. I would like to introduce my new roommate. Her name is Mieze and she is a Cat. The Pattern is from a Burda Patchwork Magazin E 989. Im thinking she should not be alone and she will get a partner.

Postkarten Swap

Heute habe ich eine E-Mail bekommen von Angela das meine Postkarte vom Swap angekommen ist. Das Thema war Garten. Super Thema dachte ich und arbeitete an meinen Garten Eden. Zwar meinte ein Freundin Adam und Eva sehen aus wie Neanderthaler und irgendwo hat sie ja auch recht. Seht doch selbst. Today I recieved a E-Mail saying that my Postcard from the Swap arrived. The Theme was "Garden" Great Theme I thought and went ahead and created my version of the Garden Eden. A Friend of mine said Adam and Eve looked like prehistoric people. You know I think she kind of right . See for youre self.

Shopping Bag

Ich konnte mir auf Ebay das Taschenmagazine von Popular Patchwork ergattern. Auf Seite 11 habe ich sie dann gesehen und wusste " die muss ich machen " . Da habe ich gleich mal die 3D Flying Geese ausprobiert und das hat auch ganz super geklappt. I was able to get the Handbag Special magazine from Popular Patchwork at Ebay. When I looked through the magazine I saw the Bag on page 11 and just knew I had to make it. I tried out the 3 D Flying Geese and it worked out great.
